Staging Consultation
During the consultation, we’ll walk through your home pinpointing how we can utilize and highlight what you already have while suggesting updates and improvements to boost your home’s potential. You will receive a written report of the walk-through, a home preparation checklist and expert advice to take your home to market and appeal to more buyers. I also offer virtual consultations where I send you everything you need via email and we meet online or via FaceTime for our walk through.

Occupied Home Staging Day
Buyers decide in the first 10 seconds of entering your home if they love it or not. My goal is to help you uncover the joy in a major life event while making you more confident in the sale of your home. Using what you already have, we’ll stage your home to make selling simpler and eliminate unnecessary stress throughout the process. Your home will be fresh, inviting and ready for amazing photos and open houses.
I suggest starting with a Staging Consultation before your Staging Day. I may suggest shopping recommendations and cosmetic changes during the consultation, all of which will contribute to a higher return on investment and allow us to style your home for maximum photo impact. Prior to staging, you will receive a Preparation for Staging Day checklist, a Simplified Packing Process and a list of Recommended Vendors, if needed.

Redesign Consultation
If you’re looking to refresh your space but aren’t sure where to start, this is it! Prior to the consultation, you’ll complete a Design & Lifestyle Questionnaire so I can get to know you and your home’s needs. During the consultation, you’ll receive expert design advice and fresh style tips as we walk through your home discussing your ideas and answering all of your questions. I also offer virtual consultations where I send you everything you need via email and we meet online or via FaceTime for our walk through.

Home Decorating
Our goal is to create a home that is a reflection of those who live there. We’ll work together building your Design Profile and collaborating on a board of your favorite photos and inspiration. I will focus on how your lifestyle functions in your home to transform and brighten your space. We’ll take the furnishings you already have and reuse them in a fresh, new way. To complete your desired look and feel, I can also shop for updated accessories and style them in your space.

Shopping Service
We’ll create a custom shopping list based on your budget and your home’s needs. I will do the shopping for you to put the finishing touches on your ideal space. Payment is collected up front and receipts are provided when I deliver the items to your home.

Interested in styling for your Airbnb or vacation rental?
A Redesign + Shopping package is perfect for properties that need to be furnished for your renters and styled for marketing photos. I also provide an Inventory Checklist to make sure renters have what they need to be comfortable during their stay. Inquire for additional details and pricing.
